Aromatic plants have been used for centuries to promote beauty, health and longevity. Essential oils, derived from botanicals are volatile aromatics, precious, concentrated and powerful. Only about 10% of all plants on planet earth are aromatic. Plants create essential oils for two primary reasons: protection and attraction. Plants produce chemical responses to protect themself from insects, fungus, bacteria and other microbes. The other reason essential oils are created is to attract. Bees are drawn by colour and scent to plants that have pollen and nectar. When bees and other insects make contact with a plant, they help cross-pollination which continues the plant species and survival. Nature is in perfect balance. As Essential oils have protective and attractive purposes in a plant's life, their aromas effects humans physical body, mental functioning and emotional well-being. Humans are part of the same Nature. Essential oils are connection between plants and humans. They are in a certain way constant reminder to wake up and live life in harmony with Nature. BioAromatica essential oils are pure. Use it with caution and respect, less is more. Essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil of your choice by following dilution chart (max 1 drop of essential per 3 ml of carrier oil). When using in aromatherapy diffusers in 30 ml of water use a couple of drops of essential oils to max 15 drops. (Recommended Diffusing time is 20 min daily). Avoid essential oils in the vicinity of kids under 6 years and pregnant women.
