Extraction and processing method: cold pressed from seeds, unrefined
Description: Evening Primrose is unrefined, virgin, absolutely natural with no additives or chemicals. It is a very good source of gamma linoleic acid, Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids that are well known with their nourishing power. Small amount of approx. 10% added to another carrier oil will work excellent for various skin treatments.
Uses: for skin care and cosmetics, hair treatments and massage. It is reputed to sooth and nourish skin while reducing the appearance of aging. Dilute with another carrier oil by adding 10% of Evening Primrose carrier oil to another carrier oil of your choice. (goes well with Avocado, Baobab, Rosehip, Hazelnut, Tamanu, Grapeseed or any other dry oil);
Absorption: Slowly absorbed but when diluted with another dry oil will work in synergy for the best skin treatment.
Shelf life: 2 years with the proper storage at cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening is recommended;
