Collection: Hydrosol - Floral Water

BioAromatica floral waters/ Hydrosols are derived from the plant during the process of the steam distillation. When fresh herbs are steam distilled the main product that occurs is  essential oil and by-product is hydrosol or floral water. Floral water is packed with aroma and beneficial constituents of the herb. It is safe to use in Aromatherapy either pure  diluted in some distilled water.

BioAromatica hydrosols are pure, undiluted, no additives or water is added.

Use: Floral water/hydrosol can be added to your creams and lotions at 30% - 50% in the water phase, or in an aromatic face or body spritz. They are an excellent addition to linen sprays and a simple way for the novice aromatherapist to enjoy the benefits of essential oils. Use it in your aromatherapy diffuser instead of essential oil.

They may also be added to make a fragrant and soothing hot bath. It is an excellent substitute for essential oils in the natural soaps.

When using in the cold process of making natural soaps, add floral water in the mixing phase. If you are using it in the liquid soap, it can be added to dilute liquid soap base. Aroma is fantastic, natural and mild.

Note: Please note that floral waters may be sensitizing to some individuals. We strongly recommend that a patch test of this product be done on the skin before use
